I've not received my item, it was despatched Royal Mail 2nd Class, what do I do now?

If your item was despatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take upto 15 days after notification to us.

Delivery Surcharges

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and Highlands and N.Ireland all incur a surcharge of £20.00 per parcel

S.Ireland incurs a surcharge of £25.00 per parcel

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition.
