Return Policy

If you receive defective item DOA (defective on arrival), please notify us within 7 days for returning instruction of replacement. The item(s) must be returned with fully packed material without being used.

The returning shipping cost will be your expenses by Registered Airmail. After we receive your returning unit, we will investigate and evaluate the unit within 7 days. We will then send you a brand new replacement unit at our shipping cost if it meets our warranty requirements.
