We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. WARRENTY AND RETURNS:
All items come with a 30 days covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P.
