Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 3 to 5 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 10 to 15 working days, but again is not guaranteed.
