Goods may be returned which, are suffering from a fault/damage, which has been sustained during transit/production or normal use, which the item is intended for. By returning an item buyer declares that the item has not suffered fault/damage/failure through accidental/deliberate/excessive/misuse. Buyer agrees to bare all responsibilities for the return of the item, in return for a suitable replacement item or refund when a suitable replacement is unavailable. ( parts may be sent if this is the best option ) Damage: Buyer takes no longer than 3 days for items returned with transit damage or production faults. If an item needs to be returned because it is damaged then we will require a picture of the damage before a refund or replacement can be discussed. Please send any pictures of damaged goods via email. Manufacturers fault Buyer takes no longer than 14 days, for items which have failed during normal use, due to a manufacturers fault. Buyer understand that a suitable replacement item may be any item which has similar design and functional features. Buyer understands that items returned under this agreement, which do not meet the conditions/terms of return, will not be replaced or returned to the buyer until suitable postage arrangements/costs are made by the buyer. Buyer’s mistake/ change of mind If an item has been bought by mistake or you have changed your mind, it can only be accepted as a return if it is packaged to a satisfying standard and is free from defects. The buyer is entitled to a full refund on the product but will forfeit the original delivery charge. We are also not liable for the return postal fee. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
