Please email us at sales@buybrandtools.com or call us on (0114) 251 3535 if you want to return an item for any reason. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you aren't fully satisfied with the goods supplied for any reason, providing you return them to us in the same condition that you received them (i.e. not used), within 14 days of you receiving them. If the goods supplied are damaged or faulty or if the wrong goods have been sent then we will also refund your return postage costs. If you are returning the goods for any other reason (than those stated above) then you would be expected to return the goods at your own cost. If the item that you purchased from us malfunctions during use then you may be entitled to have it repaired under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty agreement. Please see our product descriptions for details of any included warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for the terms of the warranty agreement and for repairing the item but you should contact us in the first case to arrange the return. Items that have been specially made to order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, in which case we would exchange the goods for a fully functioning replacement. This is providing the goods have not been used. If they have been used then you may still be eligible for an exchange under the warranty agreement (if applicable) for the item. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds and exchanges can only be made once we have received the goods in question back into stock. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, with all packaging present.
