RETURNS POLICY • To arrange a return, please contact us via ebay messaging, email ebay@passpoint.co.uk or call us on 08450 727 247 before returning the goods to obtain authorisation from Pass Point Training Ltd. • Any goods being returned, must not in any way, have been opened or used and must be in its original condition as delivered (i.e. seals unbroken, packaging undamaged). We cannot accept any opened product unless it is due to a manufacturer defect. • Please ensure your Ebay user ID and the reason for returning the goods are included in the package, otherwise, this could further delay the refund or replacement service. • Refunds or replacements will only be provided when the returning goods have been received. To ensure receipt by us, please return the goods using a signed for service, this will provide you with a proof of receipt not just proof of posting. • The original postage costs cannot be refunded and the customer will need to pay for the cost of returning items. • For faulty products which are returned with all components as originally included and where a fault has been verified by Pass Point Training Ltd, either a replacement or a full refund will be provided as per your preference. • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after returned goods are received and refunds will be provided in the same way as original payments were made to Pass Point Training Ltd (e.g. PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order etc). • If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.
