Postage and Packaging

Unfortunately we can’t allow any collections but do provide a free postage on most items.

As standard our items will have free 2^nd class postage, however on some items there will be the option to upgrade to 1^st class recorded or next day courier at an extra cost.

All our items are sent by Royal Mail 2^nd class or 1^st class recorded and larger items sent via courier. We aim to dispatch all items same day where possible when purchased before 12pm (Monday to Friday) this excludes bank holidays.

Please note when purchasing items with the free 2^nd class postage option we will not be held responsible if they fail to be delivered. Where possible we will be understanding and try to resolve the issue the easiest way possible

Extra Postage Charges

Heavy and large items will be sent by either UK Mail or APC couriers, these have been giving us a reliable service for some time now, and we feel we can combine our good service with theirs to ensure you receive your goods quick and safe.

Although Mainland UK is free postage on items that require our courier service to deliver they do have an extra surcharge for these postal areas, this must be paid so please do not purchase if you are unwilling to pay extra. If purchased without the payment for these postcodes please do not expect delivery as it will not be dispatched.
