*RELISTED DUE TO MASSIVE TIMEWASTER '527NICHOLAS' EMAILED ME AN HOUR AFTER THE AUCTION FINISHED SAYING HE COULDNT GO AHEAD WITH THE DEAL, WHY BID? WHY NOT CANCEL/RETRACT YOUR BID EARLIER SO A GENUINE BIDDER COULD BUY THE CAR?! NON PAYING BIDDER COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH EBAY. PLEASE GENUINE BUYERS ONLY THIS TIME*
Welcome to my auction for my Mercedes W210 E320 CDI Elegance Estate. Bought it a few weeks ago as i need a stop gap estate to do a few miles in, have complete nearly 1500 trouble free miles in 4 weeks, including 500+ miles last weekend ferrying me and all my stuff to a race weekend at Rockingham without issue. The car is surplus to requirements now and will be sold to the highest bidder. Mot until December 2014 with no advisories last time around and Taxed until the start of May 2014. Full compliment of handbooks and leather Mercedes Benz folder, stamped service history book upto 145k miles. HPI Clear.
The car is a very high spec elegance model with the following features.
-Cream Leather interior
-Heated front seats
-Electric Memory drivers seat inc steering wheel
-x4 electric windows
-Electric heated mirrors
-Sony CD Radio
-Xenon Headlights with washers
-17" Polished wheels
-ABS + ESP
-Load Cover and Dog Guard
*OPTIONAL BRAND NEW WITTER TOW BAR WITH SINGLE ELECTRICS PROFESSIONALLY FITTED, AVAILABLE TO THE WINNING BIDDER AT £150 EXTRA ON TOP OF FINAL SALE PRICE. IF NOT REQUIRED WILL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO COLLECTION FOR BUYER.*
The car drives very well, plenty of power and approx. 40mpg on the motorway, all legal tires (Goodyears and Michelins) and excellent interior.
There are some issues though as to be expected from a 12 year old W210 with 188k miles, this may or may not be a definitive list of faults, im not a mechanic and have not inspected the car just driven it and this is what i know.
-Rust on both front wings like most i've seen
-Some scratches, dents and various other bodywork defects all round
-Boot lid is a different colour blue
-Wheels are looking a bit tatty and would benefit from a refurb
-Hand brake (guess its a foot brake seen as its a merc) is poor/not working, not a problem seen as its an auto really
-Cruise control works intermittently
There maybe other issues so please bid accordingly, i'd prefer people to come and view/drive to asses the condition for themselves then there are no surprises for either party come collection time, if you bid you bid to buy. I will not tolerate the winning bidder picking the car to pieces 'after' the auction and offering me less money or refusing to buy it etc, the strongest action will be taken.
I want a quick hassle free sale so i expect the winning bidder to be in contact within 24hrs of auction end either via ebay or on 07876793257 and the car to be collected by Easter weekend at the latest, obviously car will not be released until funds are cleared, cash on collection preferred or bank transfer/bankers draft in advance.
Happy bidding with no reserve and £0.99 start, any questions please ask.
