Once you have bought the item please email us with your contact telephone number and confirmation of the delivery address.

Engines, gearboxes and turbos come with a 60 day warranty, all other items it is six months. All parts are stamped and marked, removal of the stamps and marks will invalidate the warranty. As some of our parts are sold direct off the vehicles we will contact you prior to dispatch if there are any problems with the part. In some cases we may not be able send the part due to damage and will offer and immediate and full refund if we cannot find a replacement.
All goods must be inspected on arrival before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If it is not inspected this will invalidate any claim with the courier. If the courier refuses you time to inspect, please just write 'Damaged' in the delivery note. If the goods are damaged please contact us immediately on 01387 268500.

If the part we have supplied is incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately - this must be within 48 hrs. We will arrange collection and a replacement part(s) for dispatch once the faulty item has arrived. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement we will give you a full refund.

Please note that our refund and warranty policy does not cover any labour. Carriage will only be refunded on faulty and incorrect parts. In the event that we have supplied a part correctly but an error has been made, the customer must contact us immediately and the item be returned within 7 days. The cost of carriage must be covered by the customer and we will apply a 25% handling charge.

Our eBay office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00, any items bought outside of these hours must be finalised the next working day (and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed) as some items may also be offered for sale in our retail shop at our premises.
