This really is a great luxury caravan having had accasional holiday use, ideal for 

families of four or just two" if you want to indulge yourselves with  spacious

caravanning. The layout and colour scheme make for a very plesent and spacious environment

which would be hard to better,

In the front of the van you have the lounge which will make up to a large double bed, 

At the rear of the van you have a fixed double bed with a good size bathroom, shower, toilet to one side

 ~ it has a very homely feel

There is no evidence that it has been used / owned

by smokers or pet lovers.

Caravan is spotlessly clean

Approx 24' " long. 

Caravan has been subject to an insurance claim, (cosmetic only ) small repair to front corner gas locker box.

  all of which has been repaired. you will notice in pics that the centre cushion is missing, this will be replaced by the end of auction, as this was missing when i collected van..

There are a couple of age related marks the size of a penny but next to nothing and you need to look for them.

You may ask yourself why have they recorded the claim against this caravan ?, well in many cases the previous keepers of caravans such as this would of had an new for old insurance policy.

So when given the option of repair or a new caravan, many people will obviously choose a new caravan, hence the recorded claim.

We have had many caravans in the past which have take less than a day to repair for this very same reason.

Can be cris registered and insured as before.

There is a good saving on dealer prices as you will see this van advertised for around £9,500 on most four-courts.

You will not be able to buy the equivalent caravan for less !
