Warranty must be activated within 7 days of receiving the item to update our records.
Any claims without activating your warranty will not be dealt with as we do not know if you have received your cables or not.
Your 1 year warranty will only be activated and start automatically when you leave positive feedback.
This warranty only protects against faults caused by manufacturing or material defects and does not cover failure through general “wear and tear” or Physical or accidental damage caused by misuse.

EXPRESS DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
Our default delivery is made by The Royal Mail second class (Franking) service, takes between 2 to 5 working days (unless you choose another method during the checkout)
We always have a Proof of Postage stamped by the Post Office; please email us a request should you want to obtain a copy of it.
Please contact us if there was no delivery made after 14 working days and we will do our best to sort out the issue.
Please let us know straight away if you receive a damaged item so that we can contact the delivery company
We Do Daily Post for all the items bought before 2PM
We do accept returns within 14 days, if you change your mind then please email us to let us know straight away,
Returned items must not be used or tampered with at all and is in its original packaging,
We will not refund if the seal is broken or our sticker is removed,
You have to return everything listed in the Package Content List, all in its original packaging you received it in. We will process the refund upon receiving the item back.
After the 14 days if there is any problem with your item then please email us to let us know and we will do our best to help.
Buyers are responsible for return cost of the item in all cases.
If for any reason Royal Mail lost your parcel and there was NO delivery after 14 working days then we can issue a refund or we can send you a replacement free of charge.

Damaged upon receipt items will be dealt with immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us proof, such as clear Photos showing the damaged parts, we
will then confirm it with the Royal mail and send you a replacement then we will make a claim to recover our losses.
The Royal Mail in both cases (No delivery or Damaged upon receipt) might contact you to confirm the incident, so your cooperation is much appreciated.
