Faulty or misrepresented items can be returned, please inform us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to do so. We will refund the return postage on these items in line with UK DSR's. For goods that are being returned due to being no longer needed or required, we need to be informed within 7 days of receipt - the return postage is at your own cost. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods are received back in an unused condition.
