Bridal Path is offering this Jenny Packham 'Opera' size 12 ex-sample gown for sale as this is now a discontinued style. Originally retailing at £1870, it is made of ivory silk chiffon with silk charmeuse underlayers. The one-shoulder strap wraps around the body to finish in a waist detail featuring a silk satin 'puff' with crystals, sequins and clear faceted beads. This detail is echoed at the shoulder. Fastened with a centre back concealed zip. The original Jenny Packham tags and seal are also still attached to the dress and its original repair bag of spare beads will be included.
This dress is completely unstructured and so if you require a bra, the best options are either a stick-on bra or a multiway which fastens around the waist. In either case they will need to be seam-free and skin tone and we recommend a pair of 'cycling shorts'-style undies too (in skin tone) to provide a smooth line around the hips of the dress. In as fresh and perfect a condition as a sample dress can be - it is mark-free, even at the train. To preserve this lovely condition we have removed the dress from our rails and it is being stored under cover until its new owner comes along. We will post measurements as soon as we can after the listing goes live, but Jenny's dresses tend to come up reasonably true to size. Please note that I am completely honest about the condition of our dresses - all the sample items listed are 'sold as seen/described' and so I am afraid that we are unable to accept returns once payment has been made.
