- Tiny nick on top of tank by tank protector, barely visible
- Very small patch of isolated lacquer flake, see picture 8 of lower offside fairing
- Front tyre getting close to legal limit, perhaps another 500 miles
I purchased the bike in Summer 2012 from the original owner with 6100 miles on the clock, and you can see I have since added 500 (absolutely exhilarating!) miles in 2 years - mostly weekend rides with a very occasional commute.
Reason for selling is the Ducati lives in a secure internal garage which is due to be converted to a study, hence need to clear the space and 500 miles in 18 months means it's under utilised - I use 3 other vehicles, one of which is a Honda VFR for my work commute and general London riding.
It's an incredible bike which I am thrilled to have owned and ridden, however with such low mileage and losing its secure home, it's time for someone else to appreciate and enjoy.
Also comes with Ducati Data Analyser (unused), Pillion seat, all manuals, all booklets, original sales invoice (£13.5k), 2 keys.
The Ducati is in London, Wandsworth - test ride process to be agreed in full (cash, insurance etc.) before coming to see the bike.
Priced all in at £7999 as superb condition 2009 (very rare) with carbon Termignoni's.
On 04-Feb-14 at 09:43:41 GMT, seller added the following information:
+ The bike has just been looked over by Ducati Servicing - flying colours. Serious buyers will be given full contact details to call and confirm.
+ Front pads changed at same time (£120 parts and labour)
+ Front tyre is confirmed as ok, no need to change anytime soon
+ No scratch on side of tank, just the tiny clear coat scratch by fuel cap
+ Belts are good to go for several thousand more miles - confirmed with Ducati Servicing.
- As people have come to view, we spotted some very minor imperfections in the form of minor grazes on mudguards, tiny marks here and there. I'd like to reiterate how minor these are but good you know what to expect if you come and view.
