All vehicles sold from this establishment are sold as auto salvage, unless stated otherwise. Mileage, mechanical condition, chassis number and registration dates are not warranted and must be checked by yourself prior to purchase. V5 registration documents can only be supplied if, or when, these are supplied to us. These terms are not intended to restrict or exclude any legal rights bestowed or implied by law. The vehicles are not in a roadworthy condition and are sold with no warranty and without M.O.T and must not be used on any public highway until they are repaired to a standard which will enable them to be driven on a public road and comply with all legal requirements. All vehicles are sold as damaged or as an insurance company total loss, unless stated otherwise. Images and descriptions are to be used as a guide only, please view the vehicles in person before entering into any purchase agreement to satisfy yourself as to the damage and condition. If a vehicle is purchased or an offer accepted on a vehicle, a £200 deposit must be paid over the phone by debit or credit card within 24 hours to secure the vehicle, otherwise it will be relisted. Full payment must be received within 5 days of the deposit date, and the vehicle must be removed from our site within 3 days of full payment. Any payment by credit card will be subject to a 3% handling fee. All vehicle sales will require the buyer to provide 2 forms of identification, including one form of photo identification (driving licence or passport) and one proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement etc..) before the vehicle leaves the site. Failure to provide the required identification will result in the vehicle being relisted for sale and the loss of any deposit paid.
