I send all CDs by first class post - despatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment (either the same day or the following working day).


Payments received after 5.00 p.m. weekdays - CDs will be posted the following day.


Payments received before 10.00 a.m. Saturday morning - CDs will be posted Saturday morning.


Payments received after 10.00 a.m. Saturday morning and on a Sunday - no further postal collections. CDs will be posted Monday.


Please also note that there are no Royal Mail collections or deliveries on a Bank Holiday.


Returns and Refund Policy


Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt. You then have a further 7 days to return the item to me so that it is received back within the 14 day time period. On receipt of the returned item I will refund the purchase price and original post and packing charges. Buyer is responsible for return postage.


If a CD arrives damaged or faulty you do not need to return the CD to me – simply contact me and I will replace it for you.
