Postage and Packing Charges
P&P charges include staff time in putting orders together, envelopes and stationery, printer ink, fuel costs in getting items to Post Office and other selling fees - WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT FROM POSTAGE.
We have 3 options available for UK buyers, 2nd class flat rate, 1st class flat rate and recorded flat rate:
2nd class flat rate - you will pay no more than £1 no matter how many items you buy
1st class flat rate - you will pay no more than £1.50 no matter how many items you buy
Recorded Flat rate - you will pay no more than £2 no matter how many items you buy
THESE POSTAGE DISCOUNTS ONLY APPLY WHEN ALL ITEMS ARE BOUGHT IN ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION THROUGH PAYPAL AS PAYPAL CHARGE US PER TRANSACTION
Please do not choose the second class option then leave us negative feedback or low seller ratings for delivery speed as we will report this behaviour to EBay, if you want a quicker service you must choose the 1st class delivery option at checkout.
For buyers outside the UK postage costs can be calculated using the tool at the bottom of the listing, if your actual postage costs are lower than the estimate please contact us and we will reimburse you but for an accurate quote it is best to contact us before committing to buy.

Delivery of Your Item(s)
We aim to have your item despatched to you within 24 hours of us receiving cleared payment. The quickest payment method is Paypal. If you pay by cheque we will wait until the payment clears into our bank account before sending your goods - this can be up to 10 working days from the date we receive the cheque. We prepare orders every evening after 5.30pm, when we print your invoice to prepare your order you will receive an email notification to let you know, your order will then be posted depending on which postal option you choose (or airmail) the following day. We are able to post orders most days of the week (except Thursdays and occasional Saturdays), however if you need your order for a specific date, please check with us in advance as we both work in addition to running the shop and on occasion this may interfere with getting to the post office on time!
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and we do everything we can to ensure your product reaches you in pristine condition, as described and quickly. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a refund facility and more often than not any problems can be resolved with an email. Please contact us with any problems you may have before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Star ratings are also important to us please do not leave low star markings if you have not reported a problem to us and given us an opportunity to resolve your problem, we will report any occurances of unfair feedback or low star markings to EBay. Our feedback system is automated like many other high volume sellers, this is to ensure that we know you have received your item and that you are happy - on receipt of your items and presuming there are no problems please leave positive feedback for us and positive feedback will automatically be left for you.
