Any faulty items will be replaced on return within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Item does not fit*; If your size tags are still attached and I have the size you require I am more than happy to organise a size exchange for a small surcharge which includes regular postage of your exchange back to you. (*does not apply to earrings or other pierced products).
Change of mind or not suitable; if your item qualifies, (see below). You may return your item within 7 days of receipt however there will be 15% restocking fee.
To qualify for return your item must meet all of the following criteria:
1. Item must not have been worn.
2. Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
3. Postage is not refundable
4. Any pierced product (earrings & body jewellery) must still be in sealed plastic bag; if the seal is broken then then as per health regulations, it cannot be returned.
5. Any size tags must still be attached.
6. Item must be returned in similar mail packaging as received.
7. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the return parcel.
