The majority of lithium polymer batteries used in radio control come with JST-XH balance leads - you can use this dual 4S adapter to parallel balance (2) 4S batteries at once while parallel charging - parallel charging is the best way to take advantage of today's high powered chargers including the iCharger 3010B like I use.
 
It's important to read up on how to parallel charge batteries safely before using this product - while not difficult, it is important to pay attention when connecting / disconnecting batteries from a parallel setup.
