Thurnham Hall is a 12th century country house that stands proudly in a stunning estate of nearly 30 acres.

Boasting an elegant Jacobean Great Hall, the resort combines the very best of old and new.The Hall is located in the tiny hamlet of Thurnham, situated just five miles south of Lancaster, England.

Lancaster is renowned for its magnificent moorland and fells and is a treasure trove of many of Britain ‘s most picturesque scenery.

It is a panoramic vista of rolling hills and moors, laced with streams, rivers and ancient canal-ways rambling through picture postcard market towns, villages and hamlets, all of which can be accessed easily from Thurnham Hall.

Thurnham Hall is home to 60 luxury self catering apartments, both in the hall itself and in purpose built accomodation designed to blend in with their surroundings.

The resort also has a purpose built leisure centre with a swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, and tanning facilities.
