Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, at the latest on the next working day, and should reach you in a maximum of 5-7 days. Your order will either be sent by Royal Mail second class post or by courier on a second class service.

Postage is to UK addresses only. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched and a delivery note will be included with your order.

Products can be returned for any reason and the cost of the item will be refunded, as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Please let us know why you would like to return the item.

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped you will also be refunded the original postage costs and the costs of returning the item to us by Royal Mail Registered Delivery. Please keep proof of posting, and enclose receipts for any postage costs to be refunded.

The product must be received by our returns department at the address shown below and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt.
