We never mix anything with our hair, it is guaranteed 100% human indian remy hair.
Please
be reasonable with your expectations when buying our hair, we have a
very small profit margin on our hair and so please do not expect more
than what you have paid for. Quality and quantity is consumerate with
price paid.
Do not expect every single hair to be uniform thickness
to the very ends, double drawn hair is double the price of ours, please
expect blonde colours to sometimes have some darker hairs running
through it, this is normal unless you are paying £100's for european
virgin natural blonde hair!.
We
clearly state our hair weight on our listing and an approximate weft
width. The hair weight is what decides how much hair you will receive,
ie the ponytail thickness.
If for any reason you are not happy with
the hair you receive from us, please do not just go ahead and use the
hair then leave us negative feedback as some buyers have!.
Please just return for a refund as we assure you we cannot provide more for the price you have paid.

Our
stated suitability is only our estimation and opinion and the opinion
of the salons we work with, Rapunzels have 9 years experience of trading
in hair extensions

this is an average salons estimation of quanities, all peoples
expectations/opinions can be different and therefore we have stated
in detail the hair weight, width and length so there can be absolutely no confusion as to how much hair you will receive.
Please seek professional advise before buying if you are unsure about the suitability and amount or ask us first!. Please stop leaving negative feedback about not receiving enough hair! we are very clear about how much you will receive in this listing!.
The
width of the weft is approximate as can never be to the exact cm so can
be shorter or wider than stated, but will always be the correct weight so you will always receive the correct amount. Remember colour can vary between suppliers
so if you want continuity of colour or have become used to a particular
shade it is best to stick to the same supplier. The model in the
photograph is for colour reference only, the photo of the hair next to
the model has been taken in natural daylight and is the actual hair we sell. Of course hair is multi
tonal and will vary in different lighting and appear differently on

WHAT IS A HAIR WEFT?
A hair weft is a long row of hair, machine sewn along the top allowing you to use it in lots of different ways.
You can:
Cut them to size, sew clips to the top to make your own clip in extensions (you can buy clips in our ebay shop)
Glue them in with products such as liquid gold hair adhesive
Braid or cornrow sew them in
You can cut the hair from the weft and bond them in with keratin glue
Buy the weft cheaply from us and have an extensionist apply them for you and save £££

Remember this is not a ready made clip in set, it is just a hair weft!

Returns are most welcome, just return hair unused in

send all returned items recorded delivery (we do not
accept liability if you item goes missing). All buyers wishing to return
need to put in a returns
request through Ebay, please enclose your ebay item number & user
name with your item, otherwise we will not know who it is from.

for hygene reasons we cannot refund used hair under any
circumstances -
all returns must be new and un-used and sent recorded delivery, all
refunds are less the original postage cost. By bidding you are agreeing
with these terms and conditions of sale. We
do not do deals or knock money off in response to the
threat of negative feedback. You return the hair un-used & we refund
you -
simple! It is very unfair of anyone to go ahead and use £100's of hair
they are not happy with just because they needed it for friday night and
did'nt have time to buy elsewhere! and then leave us negative feedback.
Just send the hair back - don't use it!.
If
in the very rare event you feel that the hair is defective in any way
we would ask you to return the hair to us here at Rapunzels to test,
wash and condition the hair. If you are genuine and you believe there is
a genuine problem, you will not have an issue with this. If the hair is
deemed faulty or unacceptabe to wear Rapunzels will issue you with a
full refund including postage. Hair will be tested and worn by one of
the team here at Rapunzels and the outcome considered in relation to the
age of the hair at the point of return. ie if the hair is 3 weeks old
then is the hair deemed acceptable for 3 week old hair in comparison to 3
week old hair of a similar price. We do not accept any liability for 3rd person wear, ie if the buyer has not worn the hair, but the buyer has fitted the hair to another person or purchased for a friend. The buyer
cannot know how the 3rd person has treated the hair and neither can we
and therefore will not be liable for any discrepancies where hair has
not actually been worn by the buyer and the buyer can account themselves for how they have treated the hair!.
Our hair extensions alone cannot damage your hair, but
unqualified fitting or removal can. In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive incidental special or consequential damages whatsoever arising from
the misuses of our products. It is essential that you are properly trained and
experienced before applying any of our extensions. If you are in doubt about your capabilities with regards to
use/suitability please seek the professional advise of a qualified expert in
this field.
RAPUNZELS HAIR CARE & ADVISE:We
do not recommend colouring, bleaching, tinting or perming the
extension hair. These types of products contain elements that can damage
the
extension hair. You do so at your own risk and must ensure you do a
strand test on an inch or small amount of hair first before using the
whole lot and voiding any return rights you have.
Even though our extensions are 100% human hair, it is not
receiving nutrients from the scalp like your own natural hair. The
more heat
you use on the hair extension the shorter the life span of the hair.
Keep straighteners and curlers to a minimum and always use a heat
defense spray and argon oil to the ends before straightening. Treat your extensions with the same respect as you
would with you own natural hair. Superior aftercare and regular maintenance
will keep your hair feeling and looking great for longer. Tie your hair back in a loose ponytail or plait
using a soft scrunchie for bed. We do not suggest wearing extensions for longer
than 3 months.Please Note:- Lighter Shades have a bleach content
therefore will not last as long in life span as non bleached hair. The lighter
shades will need extra care and less heat application to increase the lifespan.
Washing
Your extension hair should only be washed between
2-3 times per week. Before washing it is advised to detangle your extension
hair with a wide tooth comb and separate the bonds. For bonded hair do not initially wash for 2-3 days
to ensure hardening of the bonds. It is essential you only use a good rich
conditioner, to not scrimp on conditioner. Only condition from the mid lengths to the end of
the hair. Do not apply any conditioner to bonds or microloops as this will
cause slippage.
Drying
Be very careful when brushing wet hair, make sure
you support the extensions hair, otherwise you will stretch and damage the hair
and put pressure on your bonds which can cause loosening/slippage. If your hair
is feeling dry at the ends invest in some argon oil and apply plenty to the ends
before drying. For a sleek finish, section your hair off and blow
dry using a flat paddle brush on low – medium heat. Be very careful that you do
not snag your bonds with your brush and do not hold your hair dryer on your
bonds as they can melt. If necessary
finish with straightening irons ensuring you use a heat defense spray.
Day to Day Activities
If you use a sun bed it is advisable to wrap the
hair in a towel first. Sun beds can dry out the hair and melt the bonds. Always
dry your extensions, leaving the bonds in a constant damp environment could
cause them to deteriorate. We do not recommend that you swim with your
extensions, if you do avoid getting extension hair wet when swimming. The chlorine in pools and salt in the sea combined
with heat can cause the extension hair to discolour and matt. Chlorine, pool
chemicals and salt will cause the keratin bonds to break down and disintegrate
which will result in the loss of the extension hair if the prebonded or micro
loop system is used as they both contain a bond or micro bond. Never sleep with wet hair extensions; ensure they
are dry before you head for bed.

We post weekdays Monday - Friday. We do not always get the chance to mark every item as sent,
but rest assured we always post
within 24 - 48 hours of payment being received.
UK POSTAGE:
All our items to the UK are sent 1st recorded,
please allow 5 days before contacting us for an item not received. We
will always refund or replace after 10 working days if your item does
not arrive. Please
note 90% of the time the postage we charge does not even cover the cost
to send the item, you can check on your envelope when you receive the
hair. Most of the time we are out of pocket. Just because we cannot
afford to offer free delivery should not mean buyers should mark our
P&P DSR's low.
SPECIAL EXPRESS DELIVERY: We offer express delivery options on our items where stated for an additional cost of £8.00. This
is available Monday - Friday. Please make payment BEFORE
10am to ensure
your item gets sent that day as sometimes our post can go early.
Payments after 10am may go the next working day!Saturday delivery is
£10.78 and so incurs and extra cost. You need to message us inadvance
for this service.
WORLDWIDE POSTAGE - AUSTRALIA & US & OTHER
COUNTRIES: Items sent to AUSTRALIA & Worldwide are posted by ROYAL MAIL
INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR. Delivery is usually within 6 - 10 working days but please allow
upto 15 working days before contacting us with
regards to an item not received. Rest assured we will always
replace/re-send an item if it
doesnt arrive - our items are trackable and will require a signature on
delivery. Please
note Royal Mail are very expensive, there is no cheaper postage option
from the UK and we absolutely never profit from the postage we charge.
It often costs more to send the item than what we have charged the
customer.

have excellent feedback!. They may have 99.8% or above but if you look
at their revised feedbacks it is shocking!. This is not a true
reflection on the sellers product and more a cover up for a bad one. We
do NOT do this. Our feedback is genuine and we will not be bullied by
