Payment is preferred by PayPal immediately – We will ship items within 24 hours, usually next WORKING DAY ( MONDAY-FRIDAY ) on Paypal or receipt of Postal Orders, but allow 5-7 working days for cheques to clear please. Please avoid sending cash as we cannot be held responsible for loss in the post. Non payers will be reported to eBay and blocked.
If you buy more than one item from separate listings, then use the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER link as you go through payment options. On some items we may be able to combine postage, but this will not apply to Free Postage items. We do refund overpayments where possible.
UK buyers: If you have not received an item within Five Working Days( monday - friday) of our confirmation email then please contact us by email,or phone 01268 777561 office hours,we would ask you first to contact royal mail,to see if they are holding any items for you.
Royal Mail / Courier leaves a card Then contact them ASAP – delays can mean items being returned to us and we have no choice but to recharge shipping! Recorded Delivery items, for example, are returned within a week.
We will only send items to the PayPal address.
Shipping Times: We will ship all items usually within 24 hours of payment (monday to friday) BUT we are not responsible for postal delays in the UK or abroad. Please be patient in times of industrial action,However, as you will see from our feedback, we are very fast!
Undelivered Items: Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you do not pay for redelivery we will refund only the cost of the item minus a 20% administration fee to cover wasted costs. This is not negotiable.
Items Damaged in the Post: In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then,please contact us so we can send out a returns form,for you to complete and send back. We will require the items returned by you via Post or Courier for inspection . in most cases we will refund on return or send replacement.
Items Lost in the Post: We will take care of the claim where an item is lost in the post BUT be aware that we can track our items and false claims will be reported to Royal Mail or the Courier who will take legal action against false claimants. Claiming for loss or damage that is not true is considered as fraud and will be dealt with as such.
UK Private Buyers Only: (This is not applicable to business buyers or overseas customers). If you want to return an item for a full refund (total price paid and postage at original transaction), Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, which will not be refunded. Please return items in unused condition and either use a tracked mail service or obtain a Certificate of Posting (as buyer you will cover the cost of return postage and packing).
