Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost Peppers are extremely hot...coming in at over 1,000,000 scoville units. You get 25 hand picked, high quality, dried whole peppers in a resealable bag. If you eat one you will be in severe pain...you will sweat and cry, it's that hot. We use these peppers in our ghost pepper hot sauces Bhut Kisser, The Defibrillator, XXX, and Bee Sting as well as our Ghost Pepper Spices Black Skull, Devil's Chili Powder and Vae Victis. Do not use if you have a respiratory or heart condition. USE WITH CAUTION!!!! The best description of the taste of these peppers is a slight smokiness followed by an intense and lasting heat. 

Once we harvest our peppers they are air dried with the indirect heat and smoke of fire. Sunlight can degrade capsaicin, the ingredient that makes peppers hot, so our peppers are dried with indirect heat to maximize capsaicin content. Then they are vacuum sealed and frozen until ordered by our customers or used in our products.

A small amount will heat up any dish.
