All products are brand new (not mail order returns) in original manufacturer’s packaging. We are so confident in our products we offer a full 14 day refund on any product you’re not 100% happy with, no questions asked.
We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day from receiving cleared payment. All advertised items are carried in stock, however, should any item be out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Deliveries are by Royal Mail, courier or pallet service depending on the product.
Dispatch notifications will be sent via email, along with the estimated delivery date, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Premium delivery services can be arranged on large items for Saturdays (AM or PM). Please contact us for this service (this will incur an extra charge).
Please leave your contact telephone number(s) so that our carriers can arrange delivery.
Your personal contact details will not be divulged to any third party.
We recommend that you DO NOT book a plumber for installation until you have received your goods and are happy with your purchase, as no claims can be accepted for non- delivery.
All items have a Standard Carriage Charge added depending on the product. These prices are calculated using UK mainland postal and courier services. Please email us for quotes to other destinations. If you are ordering multiple items you will only be charged for the largest single carriage charge, the remaining products will be FREE carriage.
Our preferred payment method is via Paypal, using credit/debit card. Follow Pay Now instructions.
Should you wish to pay by other means click on the Check-Out Later button. We will contact you to arrange payment.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you have any reason to return your goods, we offer the following returns policy for your peace of mind.
Changed Your Mind
In line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery.
14 Day Refund or Exchange Offer
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations 7 day return policy, Aquadon also offers a 14 day refund or exchange service if you are not happy with any of our products.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel by e-mail. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full.
If your order has been dispatched then you will need to return the goods, at your cost, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that goods must be returned in original packaging and show no sign of use. On receipt of the goods we will arrange a full refund or exchange. Carriage and insurance costs are not refundable.
If you wish to return the goods for exchange, then any difference in the price of the goods will be charged or refunded, as appropriate. Carriage costs for this service will be charged.
Please inform us within 24 hours if goods are received damaged. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, we suggest accepting delivery but sign saying Goods Received Damaged. We will then arrange for replacement of goods or alternative action should you wish.
Faulty and Incorrect Goods
If goods are found defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, notify us within 14 days. We will then arrange for replacement of the defective or incorrect items. Exchange items will be dispatched after faulty items have been returned back to us in original packaging.
Under Warranty Return
Items under warranty should be sent back to us. Following inspection, at our discretion we will repair, replace or return the goods should we feel there is no manufacturing fault and carriage charged.
Instructions for the Return of Goods
In all cases a Returns Note Number must be obtained from our Dispatch Department.
Make sure the goods are packaged securely, using original packaging if possible and use a reputable courier with a signed service and insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned. Please e-mail us to notify you have dispatched the goods.
All products are brand new and come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
