Terms & Conditions

Please make your payment as soon as possible or within 3 days of having the winning bid. Your jacket will be dispatched 36 – 72 hours from the time your payment is received and processed. We provide tracking numbers to all our customers after their product has been shipped. Any damage or loss due to shipping is the responsibility of the buyer if you do not opt for the postal insurance option on checkout.

It is our goal to provide all our customers with a positive feedback. We would appreciate it if you could respond in kind. If you are not satisfied with our product in any way, please contact us and we will be more than willing to rectify the problem. We are willing to accept returns, if they are received in original/mint condition. Our jackets are shipped all around the world and we accept orders from everywhere.

Return Policy

Ambient Corp’s return policy is to only accept returns within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging without being used. Shipping & handling is non refundable. The cost of returned goods must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before returning the goods in any case. All returned goods will be exchanged as long as they are returned to us in original condition. There are NO refunds only exchanges.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the sizing chart, available in centimeters and inches, to ensure they are ordering the correct size. If you are interested in a custom leather jacket then please email us your measurements as per the sizing chart in either centimeters or inches. We will make you any custom leather jacket you desire and in any color.  Ambient Corp is not responsible for errors in size; all jackets are stitched based on the sizing chart provided.

Ambient Corp reserves the right to cancel any bid or refund the buyer if we find any precarious activity. Delivery time varies from 7 – 10 days depending on inventory. We ship our jackets directly from our factories, lowering our costs and passing on the savings to our customers.
