All new parts and accessories purchaced through ebay come with a 12 month warranty. DLS will not be liable for lost or damaged items on return or labour costs.
Goods found to have failed in service within the warranty period should be returned along with a covering letter describing the fault and a copy of the original invoice. Items may then be sent back our supplier who with then undertake tests to confirm the fault. If after this time a genuine fault has been confirmed then we will issue either a replacement of a refund for the cost of the goods*(*return postage is the responsibilty of the buyer) DLS (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings or incurred labour charges as a result of any warranty claim.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced on receipt of the item with DLS (UK) Ltd only if accompanied by a valid invoice and in its original packaging. Goods must be returned within 14 days. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged we will refund the cost of the return postage.
Goods wrongly supplied or purchased through incorrect listing will be replaced or a refund offered upon receipt of the the goods with DLS (UK) Ltd, if the goods are returned within 14 working days and are accompanied by a valid invoice.
Goods no longer required should be returned within 7 working days and it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover return postage. You also incur a 15% re-stocking/handling charge.
DLS (UK) Ltd can take no responsibility for any goods returned that may be lost in the post.
