Delivery is dependent on the nature and weight of the goods – typically most items offer an expedited service either by Royal Mail 1st class or by courier.
Delivery time estimates are clearly displayed on each product and during the order/checkout process.
Delivery is made to the address that the customer has provided. The customer has sole responsibility for the address entered. The shipment address must include a name and a valid postal address. A valid postal address is defined as an address that is listed on the Royal Mail Postcode Finder website https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode
We reserve the right to use alternative shipment methods to those stated in any online listing as circumstances may dictate.
Deliveries may arrive more quickly than the estimates provided online. Delivery timescales are estimates and may differ during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and Bank Holiday periods
Deliveries of larger packages (over 2kg)to remote areas THAT INCLUDE ALL OF SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND may take up to 48 hours longer than the times specified in the listings
CUSTOMER CO-OPERATION. The Customer agrees to co-operate with the company to resolve any issues including, but not limited to, the undertaking and completion of relevant Ebay / Amazon processes.
CONTRACT - We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time prior to delivery for whatever reason.
LOSS OR DAMAGE. Any claim for loss or damage is restricted to the value of the original order only - No claims for consequential loss or damage will be considered under any circumstances.
DELIVERY. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to take receipt of the goods. The customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of dispatch if the goods have not arrived. Tracking information provided by a courier company shall be regarded as truthful and accurate by all parties.
FAILED DELIVERY. In the event of a failed courier delivery we will refund the cost of the goods when/if returned to us but not the costs of delivery. When a delivery has failed (normally after 2 or 3 attempts) and the goods have been returned to us it cannot be re-scheduled and the order is cancelled.
In the event that the goods sent via Royal Mail fail to arrive the customer must inform us a soon as possible, but in any event within 14 calendar days of the date of dispatch. If the item is returned to us we will refund the product cost but not the postage costs. If the goods do not arrive back then it is the responsibility of the customer to raise an ‘Item Not Received’ case with Ebay and seek compensation from EBAY.
- Under no circumstances will we refund product costs unless the product arrives back with us.
- Under no circumstances will we refund postage costs unless a valid name and postal address was given.
- Under no circumstances will we refund postage costs if the delivery was to a communal building such as student accommodation.
RETURNS. The customer must inform us within 14 calendar days of dispatch if they are unhappy with the product.
POSTAGE COSTS. Postage prices are those postage costs justifiable by ourselves as the reasonable postage expenses we have incurred during the shipment of an order and not necessarily the postage costs detailed within an Ebay item listing.
