We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the terms and Conditions page and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this shop and your continued use of the shop shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. You agree to use this ebay shop only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions.  

2.    Order Process
All orders that you place on this ebay shop will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.  The order confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Jutexpo Ltd.

3.    Availability of stock
All stocks are subject to availability. If for any reason we are out of stock of the item that has been ordered we will issue a refund for the item immediately.

4.    Description of goods and prices
Jutexpo Ltd do try their hardest to give the right information on all products; however errors can occur, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy to 100% of our information. In the event of a misprint or typing error with regards to price or carriage , Jutexpo Ltd have the right to cancel an order even though an order has been confirmed. If funds have been taken from you we will refund you within 24 -36hrs.

5.    Delivery
This EBAY SHOP is only for delivery of products to customers stated on our Delivery page.
Jutexpo Ltd Ebay shop is mail order only, collections from our main warehouse are not permitted.
If customers are wanting stock urgently some items may be collected, however this will incur a £5.00 administration fee. Notice must be given for collection requests by contacting us via telephone only.(details are on our contact page)
Jutexpo Ltd do have a retail warehouse, all ebay customers are welcome to visit this retail shop, however prices in our shop may differ to that of ebay. Products purchased in the shop will be at the shop price only.
Detailed delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on our Delivery page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Jutexpo Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Customers must report any damaged goods or shortages to us within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do this may hinder any chance of a replacement or full refund.  

6. Payment 
All orders will be paid in full by the customer before the goods are despatched. Payment can be made by paypal, credit card or by sending us a cheque or postal order. Futher details can be found on our Payment page.  All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.

7.    Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Some products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked by a * next to the product name. With the exception of *  all Jutexpo Ltd customers the right to return any product for a full refund excluding the carriage costs both ways.

Please state clearly your reasons for return, and include your full name, EBAY ID, Transaction Number and delivery address. If a replacement product is required, please state clearly your new requirements i.e.: size. Please keep your proof of delivery receipt safe until your refund is received from us.  Jutexpo Ltd will not be liable for items lost in the post. Items lost in transit to us are not refundable, and in this case you must claim from the delivery insurance used at the time of return.
We regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar.
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges). Refunds will only be made provided you return the item to us “as new” “unsealed” and in original packaging, also with any free gift or similar offers. Refunds of returned items will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the PayPal account or Card that you used to pay for the item.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty within our six month guaranteed period please call our customer services helpline and we will deal with your problem immediately. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If the item cannot be repaired and we have no direct replacement a better model will be offered or a refund. If we find that there is no fault on the item the cost of the carriage will be charged back to you.
What is not Covered:
·         Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions 
·         Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
·         Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
·         Change or modification of the product in any way.
·         Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
·         Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Jutexpo Ltd or our authorised repair agents.
·         Claims, other than the right to correction of faults with the product covered by these conditions.
·         Slight deviations from the specification that do not affect the functionality of the product
Refunds for faulty items will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the PayPal account or Card that you used to pay for the item.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that Jutexpo Ltd are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. 

8.    Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this ebay shop is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this shop. All unused items purchased from us can be returned for a refund. No delivery charges are refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.
