• Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
• UK delivery takes approximately 1-4 days (this is dependant on the service you choose). International orders will take longer depending on location.
  Delivery times are down to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for this.
• The delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed. Items will be sent to the address given by your PayPal receipt.
• High value items such as consoles can only be sent to a verified Pay Pal address. This cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• Where We state "Sealed" it may be necessary to shrink wrap the item as not all Distributors send us Items that are Factory Sealed, or the item may have been displayed New in our Shop - BUT IT IS GUARANTEED new
   
  Where It States "Mint Condition" in relation to Pre-Owned Items it it meant that the Manual & Disc are in Mint Condition and not the Box.

  we will obtain Proof Of Postage and provide it if required. No refunds or replacements will be given unless Addtl Postal Insure (Recorded or Signed For) is purchased.
   

Please note the following regarding the Free Postage Insurance that we offer:

• All items despatched within the UK come complete with free postage insurance, subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions. Any item that is not recieved by the purchaser for which a claim is processed with Royal mail, is subject to Royal Mail's enforcement of their terms and conditions. Royal Mail's decision is final with regard to any compensation payment offered.
• If an item has been lost in the post to UK mainland, we are unable to take any action until 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date of despatch.  For items despatched to addresses outside the UK we are unable to take action until 25 working days (5 weeks) from date of despatch.
• Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to conclude or longer from the date of the claim being submitted. Any item returned unwanted or undelivered, and a refund is requested full postage costs incurred by ourselves will be deducted from the total refund - even if you select the free postage option

Returns Policy

If your item is defective please email us using the "Contact Member" link at the top of this page and full explain the problem. Please keep all the original packaging.

If the item was purchased by mistake we will  refund the purchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is unopened and Unused and, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any item returned unwanted or undelivered, and a refund is requested full postage costs incurred by ourselves will be deducted from the total refund - even if you select the free postage option

 Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective. None faulty items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.
