Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item(s), and send it back to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Buyers are responsible for postage fee, refund will be give for the purchase price (not the postage fee).
In the unfortunate circumstances, if the item is faulty, We will exchange it.
Although I will dispatch your product as soon as possible, the delivery time may vary as it depends on royal mail staff and the service you choose, when you proceed with payment. So, when you leave feedback please think about my service only and not royal mail services that may some times delay your product. You can actually check the dispatch date on the stamp of your packet.
Also please note that P&P covers not only the postage cost , but also packaging cost which includes time and effort, including queuing to the post office, plus Paypal charges (even on the P&P that you pay they keep a percentage)..
For UK customers only: If a product is very delayed, or lost by royal mail, that is entirely Royal Mail responsibility. If this happens, a claim has to be made by the customer, You. I can send you a prepared claim, with my details on it + posting certificate of the lost item, and any other details that might be needed, so you can send it to royal mail for a compensation. Please note we are not able to make a claim on your behalf, due to the volume of the product we sell. Royal mail will investigate the process, will then contact me for a confirmation of the loss, and then will grant you a full compensation. This will not take more than a month. Please note that Royal mail takes fraud very seriously, so before making a claim, please ask neighbours, or check garage, or driveway for any left packet by royal mail staff
For international customers: If a product never gets delivered, I will have to make a claim to the royal mail. They will investigate the claim, and the process, to try to find the product. If not, I will grant you with a refund, or replacement, and I will claim the full compensation from royal mail. Please note that Royal mail takes fraud very seriously.
