Most Buy it now purchases (EXCEPT live plants) are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day you receive the item. We have a 7 day return policy for unwanted items, except live plants, however the item(s) must be returned back to us within 14 calendar days, and need to returned in a new, unused and unopened condition in their original packaging.
If you are wanting to return an item, please contact us via the ebay messaging system and returns request system in the first instance, to confirm details.
The buyer is responsible for the payment of the return P&P costs, and we may charge a restocking fee of 15% at our discretion.
We will not accept the return of any items that have not been purchased from us, even if we sell the same goods. You must contact the seller that you purchased from, or the manufacturer/supplier directly.
Please note the legislation for perishable items, such as live plants is different. Please do not return live plants to us unless specifically requested to do so.
We try to ensure that our plants arrive in the best condition, so we do not normally post live plants after lunchtime (12noon) Thursday or on public or bank holidays. Any orders after this time may not be dispatched until the following week. We reserve the right to delay dispatch of live plants until the following week in the very rare event that our delivery from suppliers is unreasonably delayed.
In the unfortunate event of the plants arriving in poor condition, before you leave feedback or DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings) please contact us via the Ebay messaging system, so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
We recommend taking photos as soon as you receive the plants in the event of issues.
Any issues must be raised with us via ebay messaging within 24 hours of the plant arrival with yourselves. We WILL ask for supporting photographic evidence for any issues relating to live plants, if you are unable to provide this, we will not action the issue raised.
We will not action any issues raised after 24 hours of arrival with the buyer.
In the unfortunate event of your items taking longer than expected to arrive, you will need to check in the first instance with the local collection office to see if your item has been taken there and you have not been advised. We will not declare items missing until 15 working days from our dispatch have passed, that you have checked the local collection office, and that you have confirmed the expected delivery address to us.
