Directions for Use:

For optimum results use 2-4 servings of pro elite whey protein daily. Ideally use one serving prior to training and then 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense training.

• For 25g serving, add 1 heaped scoop to approximately 300ml ice cold water or skimmed milk and shake approximately for 20 seconds .
• For 50g serving add 2 heaped scoop to approximately 600ml ice cold water or skimmed milk and shake approximately for 40 seconds
