RetailZone is a multi channel online retailer. We ship items world wide and our aim is to provide the best service to our customers whilst offering products at the best prices.
Everything we advertise online is in stock in our 10,000 square foot warehouse in Essex, England. We have around 12000 different lines that we advertise and we are constantly looking to increase our range of items available to the public. .
Over the years we have developed great working partnerships with our suppliers and it is because of this that we can be so competitive into today’s retail climate. .
NEED ITEM IN A HURRY? - Upgrade your delivery at the checkout. We have 1st class Royal Mail & Express Courier Options. 1st Class Royal Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery but in extreme cases can take up to 5 working days.
Express courier option is a guaranteed next working day delivery to mainland UK (excluding scottish highlands). In order to get item next working day you need to place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Our free delivery is 2nd class Royal Mail and takes3-4 working days, but in extreme cases can take up to 7 working days.
Express courier to scottish highlands and offshore UK will incur a surcharge of £20. Also please note this will be a 2 working day delivery service
International Delivery - We do not offer an express service for international deliveries. We also do not offer postage discount on International orders. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery although in extreme cases this could be up to 21 working days.
Received A Faulty Item?
Please email us with images of damage, along with your full name, address and order number. We ask for images to be sent as opposed to the item being returned to us as it saves both parties money.
From the image we will determine if a spare part is to be sent out or a full replacement. If you do not have a digital camera then it may be best if you buy from else where as we do require images of faults or incorrect items.
Don't Like Item?
Please email us requesting a returns form. We can only accept returns on unopened brand new items. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, once we receive this we will forward a returns form to you.
A full refund will be issued once the item is received back and checked. Should it arrive back in poor condition or not in original packaging we cannot offer a refund.
If returning an item, this will be at your own cost and we recommend you use a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returned items going missing in the post.
How Can I Pay?
Should you wish to make a purchase please go through the ebay checkout process, remembering to upgrade your postage if required. If there is more than one item you are after, you can click the 'add to basket' option and then pay for the full order once you have finished browsing. We accept paypal or debit/credit card
