Delivery Times:
All delivery times on this website are an estimate and do not take into account any possible delays. Please note that couriers don’t operate on a weekend, the term "days" in our delivery times applies to working days only (monday-friday). For example if an item was ordered on a Friday if ex stock, it should arrive Monday, however if the same order was placed on a Tuesday it should arrive Wednesday. Deliveries are not made on a Saturday or Sunday unless previously arranged. One Stop Shop (online)Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by "late" delivery of goods. The delivery "cut-off" time for this site is 3.00pm. Goods ordered after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Supply of goods:
Where more than one product has been ordered but not all are available for immediate supply, we will supply the available stock straight away and the remainder once it is available.
Non-supply of goods:
In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods, One Stop Shop (online)Ltd shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.
Cancellation Of Orders Not Received:
In the event that the buyer wishes to cancel an order, before it has been received by the buyer, cancellation free of charge is only possible if the order has not been dispatched. We must be notified by 5pm the same day. If the goods have been dispatched, either by us to you, or by our suppliers to us, you will be liable to a re-stocking fee, which varies depending on the supplier. We reserve the right to hold payment for a cancelled order for up to seven days after the order has been cancelled.
Receipt of goods:
It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address. Goods must be inspected before being signed for to ensure they are the correct goods and are free from damage. If goods are signed for and then later reported damaged we reserve the right to refuse full refund based on that damage may have been caused after receipt of goods.
Return of goods: Items not required
Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement and, excluding our error or if a manufacturing defect is discovered, at your own cost. Goods must not have been used & must still be in their original undamaged packaging. All items are subject to prior inspection by either ourselves or our suppliers before any refund is given. Return of any goods that have been bought in error or are not suitable, where the buyer wishes to return them will be liable for a re-stocking fee.
Faulty/damaged goods:
All faulty/damaged products are subject to testing prior to repair or exchange. If no fault is present then we reserve the right to charge a testing fee and to charge for return carriage.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to change prices of products without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors made and, where such an error occurs, One Stop Shop (online)Ltd will not be liable to supply the goods at the erroneous price.
Special offers:
All offers are limited in supply and we reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. We cannot be held responsible if a special offer or any product is not available for supply after an order has been placed.
Order acknowledgement:
The order acknowledgement we send upon receipt of your order is not a guarantee of supply of any goods at any price. It merely confirms that your order has been received.
Delivery/ Receipt of goods:
All goods will be dispatched via a carrier. Goods to be delivered to home or business address as advised upon on order. Delivery of heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods.
Damage liability:
We are not responsible for any damage or accident caused in the use of equipment purchased from us, including fire and other unforeseeable occurrences. If you wish to protect yourself against such incidents, we recommend you contact your household insurance provider.
Your order:
You confirm that any and all information you supply to us is accurate and correct and that you have read, understand and accept all our terms and conditions as outlined here.
You accept that any information you supply to us is subject to checking and approval to confirm its validity and that we may carry out any checks which we feel appropriate including, but not limited to, Credit Card address check and Voters'
Roll Search:
Once goods are delivered you agree that you have accepted them and, once they have been opened and/or used, you acknowledge that they have been supplied in an acceptable condition and are satisfactory. This excludes issues which cannot be foreseen until such actions are taken including the discovery of a fault.
You must notify us within 3 days of our notification to you of dispatch, if your order has failed to arrive.
Conclusion:
None of the above affects your statutory rights. Where the above conflicts with any overriding legislation, the overriding legislation shall be applied. If one aspect of this contract is found to be non-enforceable that shall not affect any other aspect of this contract.
Where goods are found to be faulty through manufacturing defect, within thirty days of your receiving them, we will either replace these or issue a refund at our discretion.

The majority of items on our site are in stock. However, if the item is currently out of stock or awaiting
delivery from the manufacturer, please allow 4 - 5 working days for your order to be delivered.
Mainland UK (Zone 1) delivery charges - FREE
Remote areas of the Scottish Highlands and other non mainland UK areas (Zone 2) are subject to surcharge
by our carriers. Please contact us, quoting your postcode, for confirmation of the charges before ordering

The address you provide for delivery must be either:-
(1) The Cardholders address ( the address on the Statement)
(2) An alternative address, either residential, business or your place
of work which can be verified before dispatch. All deliveries must
be signed for on receipt.
