Delivery Info
All orders are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated and delivery times are normally one or two working days (which does not include weekends or public holidays) for most parts of the UK. We do not send items outside of the UK so if you don't have a UK postcode then please contact us before ordering to check if we can post to your destination. If you are not available to take delivery we will not be responsible for any further charges made for failed delivery. Delivery times are beyond our control and we cannot give any information on expected delivery times or days. If an item is sent via courier or tracked mail, tracking details will be available from us upon request.

Warranty and Returns
All items are brand new and coveRed by a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse. If an item is not working properly or DOA then this must be reported within 3 days of receipt to prevent delays. Please do not return any item without first contacting us as most problems can be sorted out over the telephone or email.
