Please note: We understand that from time to time, things may go wrong with a transaction. We therefore, kindly request that rather than opening a dispute, please e-mail us and we will aim to resolve the issue within as short a time scale as possible. Telephone calls – We only take calls between 09:00 – 10:00am and 16:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Please do not call between these times as your message may go straight through to voicemail or not recorded if the answer machine is full.

Bids: Due to buyers with low or zero feedback leaving negatives for fun, we now require any buyers with a feedback score of less than 3 to contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, their bid will be cancelled and placed on our blocked list.
Postage / Delivery:
1. All items are sent out within 5 working days so please allow up to 8 working days for
2. Our delivery services require a signature at point of drop off. Should you not be
available at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox. Please note that if
you have not received your item or a failed delivery card within 4 working days, please
contact us immediately and we will inform you of the status.
3. Please note, if you receive a failed delivery card, it will be your responsibility to arrange
either a redelivery or to collect from the local depot yourself. Should the card not be
responded to and eventually, item delivered back to us, a second postage charge will be
made for us to resend.
4. Our courier’s always provide proof of delivery via a photo of your address at the time of
attempted delivery should you not be in to accept.
5. Upon despatch, we will email you with the despatch date, expected delivery time and
6. Your tracking number will consist of the ebay item number and part of the item’s serial
number for your and our own protection and security.
7. We take every precaution to package items as secure as possible.
8. We do not accept collection in person unless the item is particularly large and/or heavy,
in which case, it will be stated in person.
9. We may offer a reduction in postage for purchases of multiple items, however, this is
dependant upon type of item, size, cost, etc (Please ask for details)
10. For any items located in Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other
locations off mainland UK, we reserve the right to charge additional postage fees –

3. Items sold power tested only means they have been tested to see if they power up and are sold non-returnable.
1. Items are listed as untested where we do not have the necessary facilities or technical information / equipment to fully test them.
2. Items that are fully working, however, listed with parts missing or damaged will fall under the untested category.
1. We may from time to time list items as new. This is because we have received them boxed and sealed. These items are not covered by a warranty.
