Your order will be dispatched FREE via 2nd Class mail which may take 5-6 working days from postal date to arrive. This is not guaranteed however. It is often the case that many items that seem to be undelivered are in fact at your local Royal Mail collection office or with neighbours waiting to be collected. Calling cards are not always left by Royal Mail. We therefore ask you to contact them before contacting us. If your item does not arrive and you have checked with your neighbours and local collection office please be aware you need to wait a full 15 working days after post date before we can assume your item is actually lost. We have to abide by the Royal Mail policy and follow their procedures for refunds or redelivery. Ink Nation will refund you the purchase price of the goods, minus the original postage fee and packing fee. You are responsible any charges relating to returning the goods. If Ink Nation receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited (minus costs outlined above) by Ink Nation from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Ink Nation in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. Ink Nation reserves the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund. Purchasing You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. You are responsible for purchasing the correct ink cartridge for your printer, our compatibility guide is a guide only and you should contact us before ordering if you are in any doubt. If you have purchased the wrong ink cartridge and you would like to return it in return for a refund, you will be liable for any charges relating to returning the items. If you require an exchange cartridge for the correct one you will be liable for the price difference, if any, and subsequent postage costs. Returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition in which you received your item(s). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the item. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Ink Nation until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Ink Nation is able to track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities. Anyone suspected in providing false non arrival claims to us or via PayPal will be excluded from buying from Ink Nation and our affiliate partners. We always inform eBay to make a note on your account for every non arrival claim or reverse payments to reduce criminal activity on eBay. We are a small family business and therefore take false claims seriously. Submitting false claims is theft and you will be banned from eBay and prosecuted by us if caught. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your purchase immediately and without notice to you if: you fail to make any payment to us when due; you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise); when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity; we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site.
