1)We normally only ship to the UK only, including N. Ireland and the Channel Islands and all off-shore UK Islands
If the listing specifically states that we ship to other destinations, then only that listing is available for non UK Shipping and no other listing.
Some items have Surcharges for N.Ireland and Channel Islands. Please contact us if you have any queries on surcharges before purchasing the item as your item will not be shipped if a surcharge occurs.
2) We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. If you have asked for a change in address please contact us as we will hold your item due to eBay regulations only allowing us to send to the registered PayPal address.
3) We aim to process and dispatch your orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders places on the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
4) The majority of parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working days but Royal Mail say it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. If you have not received your item after 10 working days please contact us (please note weekends are not considered working days).
5) Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.
6) Next Day delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Cut off time for Next Day delivery is 3pm.
7 ) There is no Special Delivery service or Courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
8) All of our items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class unless stated otherwise on the listing. This is our we have built our reputation of delivering items before the estimated delivery date (but sometimes items do get delayed by Royal Mail and this is beyond our control)
NOTE: Lost items can only be claimed from the Royal Mail after 10 working days, which then we will take action accordingly. If you contact us before the 10 day period we may ask you to wait until the then before we take action.

1)We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.
2) For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will then issue you with a FIT number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. We will refund the return minimal postage costs for sending the items back to us, usually second class post if the item is confirmed as faulty.
3) In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered. Please send using the minimal; postage costs for returning the item, usually second class post.

When returning an item please include original invoice or a copy of to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns from Hermes and Parcel2GO as they do not provide proof of delivery.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER
Check the confirmation notification to see if all items were ordered. Check the dispatch notification to see if items have been cancelled. Occasionally when we pack an order some of the items may not be available. We don't want to delay the rest of your order so we cancel the out of stock item and dispatch the rest. We'll send you an email to update you. The paperwork for your order will show everything included and we only charge you for the items we send.
Check the paperwork included in your parcel as your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times. Remove all packaging to confirm the item isn't hidden.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date.
We'll send you another notification when we dispatch your order. This shows the estimated delivery date and the parcel details so that you can track your order using our carrier's website (please see our tracking information for further details) Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.
If you miss the carrier's attempt to deliver, don't worry, you can rearrange delivery for another date by calling the number shown on the card.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We'll notify you when we process your return please allow up to 10 days for this credit to appear on your account.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt using the return label provided with your dispatch note. Package your item(s) safely with the return freepost label, take the package to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage. We will issue your refund within 10 days upon receipt of the goods and providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and, for hygiene reasons, in their original packaging, unopened and unused. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed we can't cancel it or make any changes. When the carrier delivers it, simply ask them to return it to us for a refund. If you have received your order please see our returns process on your paperwork.
