Here i have for sale my large renovated chalet bungalow which i will be sad to see go.The property is Five minutes from the beach so this makes it an ideal option as a holiday home, but doesn't replace the fact this is also a spacious family home as well. The lounge is open plan with laminate flooring and a marble fire place which leads onto the dinning/sitting room with views of the garden and double doors into the garden.this is our favourite room and we have nicknamed it the sun room as on a lovely day its the next best place to be other than being in the garden. Leading off of the sun room is a set of double oak doors which leads into a large porch with can be used as the main entrance into the property, it also will lead you to the back garden / added accommodation.
The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe with a Juilet balcony with views to the large private garden. The master bathroom has a large double jacuzzi bath (please see photos) and a walk in shower which has been fully tiled with Italian tiles .
The property also has the benefit of a self contained accommodation which includes a large bedroom/lounge and good sized bathroom.With doors opening onto a separate patio area onto the garden.
The garden to the rear of the house is quite big and the photos do not do it justice. There is a patio area along the back of the house which then leads down to the lawn,where the garden backs onto fields which are used for horses. This means no properties can be built giving extra privacy. There is plenty of space for a swimming pool which i would of done in the future had i of stayed.
One of the options that was discussed at one time. Was of the option to rent for holiday lets, where i was told that the property could bring an income of £2000 plus a week . Which is an added option for a potential purchaser.
