Three pack of brand new, highly durable, professional quality resistance bands as used in physio clinics, hospitals and by fitness professionals that we supply throughout the world.

Bands are colour coded according to their resistance strength level:

YELLOW - LIGHT RESISTANCE (Beginner)

RED - MEDIUM RESISTANCE (Beginner/Intermediate)

GREEN - HEAVY RESISTANCE (Intermediate)

BLUE - EXTRA HEAVY RESISTANCE (Intermediate/Advanced)

BLACK - XX HEAVY RESISTANCE (Advanced)

A three pack is sold in a strength category, depending on your fitness levels and other requirements.

Beginner - Yellow, Red and Green bands

Intermediate - Red, Green and Blue bands

Advanced - Green, Blue and Black bands

Please select both the length and strength category you wish to purchase.

You can either work through the colours as you gain fitness or combine two or more bands to add resistance to your work-out.

NOTE: These bands are made from Latex. Do not buy if you have a Latex allergy. Bands have a light dusting of powder which helps to preserve the rubber and prolong the lifespan of the band.
