All orders are posted within two working days via 2^nd Class mail, unless otherwise stated or as requested by the purchaser.

 LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS - 90% of items are dispatched the same day or the next working day. Delivery time is usually 1-2  days for 1^st Class and 2-4 days for 2^nd Class, however, we are not responsible if your item takes longer than that to arrive. 

We post all our items as detailed above and if there is any delay, this is due to Royal Mail and not our dispatch time. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding it. 

In the event of a lost item, we have to wait 15 working days before we can report this to Royal Mail (this is the policy of Royal Mail). On the 15^th working day we can refund or replace the item to you once you have confirmed at that time that your item has not been delivered. No refunds or replacements will be processed before 15 working days have elapsed. At that time we would immediately submit a report to Royal Mail that your item was not delivered, they would then investigate the matter and may contact you for confirmation.  Please understand this policy is in keeping with the requirements of Royal Mail

Refunds will be issued via paypal.  Please note that P&P charges are NOT refundable. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.
