Having fielded many questions over the last week, I thought it useful to add that I wouldn't expect anyone to buy the Farm without visiting and having a good look around / chat. With that in mind any bidders can be confident that your bid is only valid subject to a satisfactory visit to the Farm to which I am of course more than happy to facilitate with various options i.e. a short visit, weekend stay (or longer) or through the agent (although you will then have to pay the 9000 euro agency fees). Hope this helps all of you watchers! The sale would then be dealt with by a local Notaire in accordance with French Law. Thanks. Ian
