We use the United States Post Office for most of our shipping.
Allow at least 3 days for us to process your order, before it ships.
All of our packaging is Discrete Packaging.
You will receive the Delivery Confirmation # automatically when the label is printed.
Please refer to this number and be patient for your package to arrive.
(There are certain questions that customers ask regarding items after we have dropped them off at the Post Office that we just cannot answer)
We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays
If you order an item on a Friday and it is after we have already shipped for the day, then your item will ship out on our next shipping day, which can be Monday or Tuesday.
We do appreciate your business, please keep in mind your order is one of many that we receive.
All orders Get processed in the order they are received.
Our shipping rates include Insurance and Delivery Confirmation #.
Technically this number is NOT a tracking number, though you can see progress scans along the way.
Sometimes a package is not scanned until it reaches the main sort facility.
Therefore, if you do not see activity, it does not mean it was not shipped.
Insurance & Returns
We do not accept Returns
Our items are Brand New. Unless otherwise specified.
We take a lot of care in packing your item.
The USPS has become extremely neglectful in their handling.
We now include Insurance in the shipping Fees.
If your item arrives damaged, it is through neglect of the USPS or whichever carrier was used.
Take the entire package (box etc) to the shipping facility, with the shipping label (this has insurance info on it), that is why we insure them.
Send the damaged item back to us. We will send you Return Instructions.
Buyer Pays shipping back to us & 50% of the items initial cost & shipping to send it back to you.
Same Process as the statement above.
Due to State Laws, we do not send packages as gifts.
We fill all paper work out, including the item description and $ amount.
Please make sure the item you are purchasing will pass through customs without an issue.
You the buyer are responsible for Taxes, Duties, Fees and any other paper work.
It appears that once any packages have left the USA, they just mysteriously vanish into the atmosphere.
We have lost a lot of money due to Pay-Pal refunding the customer and leaving us in the Red.
Therefore, all International Packages will now be shipped Priority Mail
(Which includes a tracking number)
This will cover us for any lost packages.
