Returns and Refunds
1. Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
2. Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3. Unwanted Goods (within 7 days of receipt)
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' we will accept the item back for a full refund up to 7 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. The item must be returned in a saleable condition. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.

No goods are accepted outside of the 7 day returns policy.
