1. For UK shipping location (Starting on Sept 2010):
Your package will be sent in bulk from Hong Kong to London overnight. Customs will be cleared by a third party agent. It will then be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Expected delivery time will be 7 working days from payment clearance. Free P&P, no Customs Duty, no VAT for UK shipping locations.

2. For all other shipping location:
Your package will be dispatched from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post Office. Expected delivery time will be 12-16 working days. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

3. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

3. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - UK and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

1. Email us to get the return mailing address

2. Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.

3. Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.


Returns Restrictions:

1) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your package.

2) If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

3) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear.

When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in one combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments.
