Using this type of kit for your extension is the equivalent of moving your computer and modem down to your master socket as there is minimal signal loss

Your existing telephone cable travels a very long distance to your home with minimal degradation of the signal

This is only possible as the correct type of cable is used

Most internet problems are created by the end user not using the correct cable to extend the service from their master socket

This Part Assembled Kit includes 

One fitted Sky Telephone / BT style plug that creates an additional socket (2 at Master)

A BT Specification wall mounted white mini-extension telephone socket (BT 2/3A) 

A length of High Quality 2 Twisted Pair solid core telephone cable (length shown above)

Enough (bagged) black cable clips to complete your installation

2 Black and 2 White cable entry bushes to ensure a tidy installation (enough for the cable to be installed through 2 walls)

These also prevent cable damage when the cable is installed through walls

Here is a brief installation guide for an external cable run

Internal installs are even easier

1. Safely drill out from a point close to your existing telephone socket                                                   (do this  from inside to outside)                                                                                                                                    
2. Insert the white grommet into the hole created on the inside for a tidy trim.         
3. Feed the bare ended cable from the inside of your home to the outside through this grommet leaving a slight amount of cable for movement of the      prefitted plug (get an assistant to pull all the cable through from outside)                       
4. Feed one of the black grommets onto the end of the cable from the outside                        and tack the cable to your new desired location.                                                      
5. Drill your second cable entry point from the inside out as you did the first.       
6. Fit another black grommet on the outside hole created and feed the cable into your home from the outside then finish off clipping the cable to the wall.  
7. Fit the last white grommet over the cable and cover the internal hole                                             created at the new extension location.                                                   
8. Cut the cable to length and make the last connection following the                                                             instructions supplied.                                                                   
9. Test the extension and don't forget to give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.

We sell a similar kit with a surface mountable wall box if preferred but both kits give the same result.
