This panel comes complete with four universal heavy duty brackets and self tapping screws. This will enable the brackets to be permanently fixed or bonded to a roof etc whilst the panel is easily removed if required. Alternatively the brackets could be attached to the underneath of the panel. A compact 3 Amp regulator is also included. |

PACKING & POSTAGE |

Most of our listings do not offer Free Packing & Postage. P&P is not Free and listings offering it are simply including it in the price! By keeping P&P separate we can reduce the charges on multiple items ordered at the same time. We can also remove it completely if the item is collected from our premises or from one of the shows we attend. (Note! This is by prior arrangement and normally applies to larger or expensive items).
Due to the diverse range of items listed, we cannot at present make combined postage of different items automatic. (Multiple purchases of the same item are automatically discounted) Please ask for a combined postage cost preferably before ordering. We will then manually discount your bill. With the amount of purchases going through every day we cannot check to see if every multiple purchase is due a discount. PLEASE ASK! |

DELIVERY / COLLECTION |

Payment
We are obliged to accept PayPal and are quite happy to do so, we are also happy to receive payment by most credit & debit cards (by phone) or cheque. If it has been agreed that items can be collected we are also happy to accept cash.
Delivery address
If paying by PayPal we will use the address details provided by PayPal. If this address is incorrect or you would like us to deliver to an alternative address please make sure that this has been notified and acknowledged before payment. If paying by cheque or credit card we will deliver to the cardholders address unless agreed otherwise. We have had a few problems caused by incorrect address details being provided on ebay or PayPal notifications. Please ensure your details are correct
Standard delivery
We aim to dispatch your item within two working days of cleared funds. Cheques & e cheques can take several days! Delivery method will vary according to the type and weight etc and will be adequately covered for losses etc. The stated delivery costs are only eligible for UK mainland. For Scottish Highlands, Islands and Non mainland Britain please ask us whether there is an additional cost before purchasing.
Note! In some cases items ordered after 2PM on Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday or occasionally Tuesday. (99% Monday). If your item is urgent, please contact us before ordering, and we will do our best to meet your requirements (Post Office etc permitting).
Express delivery
Whilst most customers are happy with our Standard delivery, we are aware that sometimes urgent delivery is essential. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative at the best price.
Collection
On large, heavy or multiple items it may be possible to collect from Cheshunt Hertfordshire or Near Chelmsford in Essex. This must be agreed before purchase to ensure the item will be ready for collection at your desired time and location. |

Combined postage procedure
The procedure is to add all of the items you require to the basket. When you have finished shopping you press the "Proceed to checkout" button on the shopping basket page. You will now be in the "Review your Purchases" page. You will see your own address and underneath this there is a sub heading "Order details". Underneath this you will see " Renewable-Power-Solutions". To the right of this it will say "Request total from seller" Click on this. The next page has a box where you can add a message if required. Below this is a button marked "Commit to buy & continue" We will then revise the P&P & Ebay will notify you. PLEASE NOTE! If you pay for any or all of the items before getting the revised P&P you will probably be paying too much!
