Not as good a sound quality as my home cinema surround system, but for under £10 these are excellent little speakers, listening to Annie Lennox as I write this, nice clear sound, a bit lacking in bass, but again only a big speaker can reproduce bass, plenty of volume. Only problem was audio lead didn't quite reach socket on back of PC (the USB lead did reach, just) an extension lead easily fixed this problem though, as would a reroute of the aforementioned lead.

Good value but not good quality. If you want to listen to music buy a more expensive one.

Well, do not expect some cinema speakers, but for the price they are quite good. Small, easy to pack and carry around, I mainly bought them to use when I am in the nature, because my laptop speakers are not that loud. I would recommend it, but if you're looking for some stronger sound, I would advice to spend more and get proper speaker.

I looked at other products, nearly purchased something else!. Read the reviews, outside of a few negative ones! for goodness sake what did they expect for their money! A sonos or bose?. I was really impressed with these speakers, i was sceptical before purchase and really did not expect that much. However, the speakers have a good enough sound, seems like nice base, great substitute for the tiny speakers that are on the toshiba laptop.

Pros: compact, plug in and go, cheap, does the job - if you wanted Hi-Fi you've bought the wrong thing! Cons: does it really need a blue led to tell you it's on?
